To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of zq786 to any User in connection with the Platform, howsoever arising, shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount actually paid by the User to zq786 (which is nil, as zq786 does not charge Users for access), or (b) PKR 10,000 (Pakistani Rupees ten thousand). This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort or otherwise.
zq786 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any User's access to the Platform at any time and without prior notice, at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where the User is in breach of these Terms, where the User's behaviour is abusive toward Platform staff or other users, or where access suspension is required for maintenance, security or legal compliance purposes.
Operators retain the right to suspend or close User accounts on their own platforms in accordance with their terms. Such decisions are made entirely by the Operator and are outside the control of zq786.
Upon termination of access, these Terms shall survive in respect of all provisions that by their nature should continue — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability and governing law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Given the international nature of the Platform and the absence of a Pakistan gambling licence held by zq786, any disputes arising from these Terms shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts in the jurisdiction of the Platform operator's registered entity.
